All registration and entry fees paid to BCAL are non-refundable. Once a team or player completes registration and payment, no refund will be initiated under any circumstances. Please read the tournament rules carefully before you register.
Registration and entry fees are strictly non-refundable. No refund will be initiated for any reason — including (but not limited to) cancellation by the participant, withdrawal, no-show on match day, late arrival, change of plans, or inability to attend.

If a team or player is disqualified due to misconduct, violation of tournament rules, or any disciplinary action, no refund will be initiated under any circumstances.
BCAL may modify schedules, fixtures, venues or formats due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not entitle any participant to a refund — your registration carries over to the rescheduled date.
